Student Policies for Enrolled Courses, Fee Refunds, Account Deletion, and Safety


1. Enrolled Course Policy

1.1 Access to Courses

  • Students gain access to purchased courses immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Course access is granted for the duration specified at the time of enrollment. Extensions or renewals must follow platform-specific terms.

1.2 Course Completion

  • Students are responsible for completing the course within the designated timeframe.
  • Certificates (if applicable) will only be issued upon meeting all course completion requirements.

1.3 Content Usage

  • Course content is for personal use only. Redistribution or sharing without permission is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

2. Course Fees and Refund Policy

2.1 Payment Policy

  • All fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.
  • Payment options (e.g., credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or other supported payment methods) will be clearly outlined during the checkout process.

2.2 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are granted under the following conditions:
    a. The refund request is made within 7 days of enrollment (if less than 10% of the course is completed).
    b. The course is proven to be defective, incomplete, or misrepresented.
  • No refunds will be issued for partially completed or completed courses unless specified otherwise.
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 5–10 business days.

2.3 Exceptions

  • Refunds are not applicable for:
    a. Courses purchased as part of a bundle or promotion.
    b. Courses accessed via free or discounted vouchers.

3. Account Deletion Policy

3.1 Voluntary Account Deletion

  • Students may request account deletion by submitting a written request to customer support.
  • Upon deletion, all data, including course progress and certificates, will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

3.2 Involuntary Account Deletion

  • The platform reserves the right to delete accounts for:
    a. Violation of platform policies (e.g., content sharing, abuse, fraud).
    b. Non-payment or payment disputes.

3.3 Data Retention Policy

  • Deleted accounts will have data retained for a maximum of 30 days for dispute resolution purposes unless otherwise requested.

  • Personal information collected during account creation and course enrollment will only be used for service delivery and legal compliance.
  • The platform will not share, sell, or distribute student information without explicit consent.

4.3 Content Safety

  • The platform ensures all uploaded course content complies with intellectual property laws and standards of decency.
  • Students are encouraged to report inappropriate or harmful content immediately.

4.4 Communication Standards

  • Communication between tutors and students is restricted to platform-approved channels for transparency and safety.
  • Harassment, abuse, or exploitation will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension or legal action.

4.5 Cybersecurity Measures

  • The platform employs robust cybersecurity measures to safeguard user data and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Students are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and update them periodically.

Acknowledgment and Agreement
By enrolling in a course, students agree to abide by the above policies. Violations may result in penalties, up to and including account suspension or legal action.
