• Shipping is free for all prepaid domestic orders.

• For Cash On Delivery orders, we charge ₹70 as handling charges (non-refundable).

We currently deliver to most pincodes in India. If you want to confirm your pincode, please mail us help@shopbazar.in at.

We process and ship your garment order as soon as it is ready. It typically takes 5-7 working days to ship out the order from our warehouse in Dhanbad, India. For tailored orders, delivery time will be longer and will depend from order to order. We will keep you updated regarding the same.

1. You can track your order once it has been shipped from our warehouse.
2. The tracking details will be shared with you over WhatsApp on your registered contact number.
3. If you need further assistance, email us at help@shopbazar.in. We are available on weekdays (except Sundays and Public holidays) from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

 No We don not ship any International Order.

Yes, this can be done. You can share your shipping details with us at help@shopbazar.in. Please note the following:

– Make sure that the new address is shared with us before shipping

– The address can be changed even after shipping, but the pin code and state need to be the same

After 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver your order, the package is returned to our warehouse. The order is then treated as cancelled. If you are still interested, you can immediately drop us an email at help@shopbazar.in. we will re-ship it.

In case you decide to cancel the order, we will email you regarding the same. The refund will be issued as a gift card only, which will be sent to your registered email with lifetime validity. Please note that we will not process the refund back to the source.
