Shopbazar Shipping Policy

At Shopbazar, all orders are printed and shipped through our fulfillment partner. This policy explains how shipping, delivery, returns, and undelivered (RTO) shipments are handled.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 2–3 working days.
  • Same Day Fulfilment: Orders placed before 9 AM may be processed the same day (subject to availability).

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery time depends on the shipping mode and customer pincode.

  • Air/Express Mode: 2–5 days
  • Surface Mode: 3–7 days
  • India Post: 3–15 working days (regions with no courier service)

Note:
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, festivals, weather, or operational issues.

3. Shipping Methods & Charges

Shipping cost is calculated based on product weight (standard 240 g for apparel) and volumetric weight for box packing.

Domestic Shipping

Air / Express Mode

  • ₹63.7 per 500g (Incl. GST)

Surface Mode

  • ₹50 per 500g (Incl. GST)

Box Packing (Optional)

  • Adds ₹17.7 per product (Incl. GST)
  • Box sizes available: 500g, 1000g, 1500g
  • Improves safety and customer unboxing experience.

4. International Shipping

  • To USA: ₹906 per 500g
  • For other countries, charges depend on product weight and destination.

Customers can contact support for exact pricing.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for Indian customers only.

COD Fees

  • ₹40.12 per order (Incl. GST)
  • Extra shipping charges apply based on weight and mode.

Important

Shopbazar is not responsible for:

  • COD failures
  • Customer not available
  • Insufficient cash at delivery
  • Refusal to accept the parcel

Such orders will be considered undelivered/RTO.

6. Shipping Status & Tracking

Once your shipping label is generated, you will receive a tracking ID. You may see statuses such as:

  • Pickup Scheduled
  • Out for Pick Up
  • Pickup Exception
  • Order Picked Up
  • In Transit
  • Out for Delivery
  • Undelivered (1st/2nd/3rd Attempt)
  • Delivered
  • RTO Initiated
  • RTO Delivered

Important Notice

  • Tracking information for India Post may not be fully available.
  • India Post deliveries cannot be claimed for lost/undelivered/POD.

7. Returns & Undelivered (RTO) Shipments

An RTO happens when the courier cannot deliver your order due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer not contactable
  • Door closed
  • Customer refused delivery
  • COD amount not ready
  • Request for future delivery
  • Poor weather or operational issues

Shopbazar Policy for RTO

  • RTO orders are not eligible for refunds.
  • If the customer wants the order again, they must pay reshipping charges.
  • Shopbazar is not responsible for losses caused by wrong addresses, phone numbers, or refusal of delivery.

8. Returns & Replacement Management

  • Returned/undelivered shipments are managed for up to 100 days by our partner.
  • For replacements (wrong product, damaged, misprint), customers must provide:
    • Unboxing video
    • Clear photos of the issue
    • Order number

Without proper proof, replacements cannot be issued.

9. Box Packing (Optional Add-On)

Customers can choose box packing for extra protection.

Box Packing Benefits

  • Eco-friendly 3-ply corrugated boxes
  • Reduces damage
  • Better customer experience
  • Encourages repeat orders

10. India Post Shipping

Used only when no other courier services are available.

India Post Charges:

  • Standard: ₹63.7 for 0.5 kg
  • Northeast & special zones: up to ₹127.4
    • The extra cost is charged to customer/store credits.

India Post Limitations:

  • No end-to-end tracking
  • No refunds for lost or undelivered shipments
  • Delivery time: 3–15 working days

11. Shipping Cost Calculation

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

  • Product weight
  • Quantity ordered
  • Box packing selection
  • COD or Prepaid payment
  • Location of delivery

Shipping cost is estimated at checkout.

12. No Liability Policy

Shopbazar is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier companies
  • Wrong address or phone number provided by customer
  • RTO due to refusal or unavailability
  • India Post lost/not delivered cases
  • Delivery disruptions caused by weather, strikes, or natural events
