1. Introduction
Welcome to Shopbazar (“we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of our website, products, and services.
We resell print-on-demand products fulfilled by Qikink as our backend fulfillment partner.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site or placing orders.
2. Eligibility & Acceptance
You may use Shopbazar only if:
You are 18 years or older, or using under the supervision of a legal guardian.
You agree to these Terms.
You provide correct and complete information.
We may refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
3. Service Description & Scope
Shopbazar sells custom print-on-demand products through third-party fulfillment partners (including Qikink).
Our scope includes:
Displaying products
Receiving your order
Forwarding it to our fulfillment partner
Product printing, packing & shipping via courier partners
We do not manufacture the products ourselves.
4. Account Registration
If you create an account:
You must provide accurate information.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
You must notify us if you suspect any unauthorized access.
We may suspend or delete accounts for misuse or violation of our Terms.
5. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
Provide correct information (name, address, phone number).
Ensure your address is deliverable and accessible.
Provide valid payment details.
Use the products responsibly and legally.
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses, unavailability, or refusal of delivery.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All designs sold on Shopbazar are either owned by us or licensed for use.
You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any content, product photos, or designs.
All website content (logo, text, layout) is the property of Shopbazar.
7. Orders & Fulfillment Process
Order Steps:
Customer places an order on Shopbazar.
Order is forwarded to our printing partner.
Product is printed, packed, and shipped.
Once an order is sent for printing, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Production Time: 1–5 working days
Delivery Time: 2–9 days depending on your pincode & courier service.
We are not responsible for:
Printing color variations
Courier delays
Incorrect address issues
Customer not available
8. Pricing, Payments & Billing
All product prices are listed in INR.
Payments must be completed before processing.
We accept UPI, Cards, Wallets, and Net Banking.
Prices may change without prior notice.
If a payment fails, the order will not be processed.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking details are provided once shipped.
We use third-party courier partners.
Shopbazar is not responsible for:
Delivery delays
Pincode unserviceable
Customer not reachable
Address mistakes
Door closed / customer refusal
RTO (Return To Origin) shipments
RTO orders are not eligible for refund.
You can reship RTO items by paying the shipping cost again.
10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Shopbazar sells custom printed products, so returns are limited.
10.1 Eligible for FREE Replacement
Only in the following cases (with mandatory unboxing video & photos):
Wrong product received
Defective or damaged product
Printing mistake
Product lost in transit
Must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
10.2 Not Eligible for Refund/Replacement
Wrong size ordered by customer
Change of mind
Color difference due to digital printing
Customer not available
Incomplete address
Refusing delivery
RTO (Return to Origin)
No unboxing video proof
10.3 Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once printing has started.
If we cancel an order due to technical or stock issues, a refund will be processed.
11. Taxes & Compliance
All product prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for any additional regional taxes or duties (for international shipments).
12. Limitation of Liability
Shopbazar is not liable for:
Courier delays or non-delivery
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss due to incorrect customer address
Damage caused by customer’s unboxing method
Color or size variations within approved tolerance (+/- 0.5 inch)
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Shopbazar harmless against any claims arising from:
Wrongful use of products
Violation of Terms
Providing incorrect information
Misuse of design or intellectual property
14. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate:
Accounts involved in fraud
Abuse of policies
Misuse of website or products
You may request account closure anytime, but pending orders must be completed.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Indian Law.
Any dispute will be resolved through:
Arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996
Venue: Dhanbad, Jharkhand
Decision will be final and binding
16. Privacy & Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how your data is collected and used.
By using Shopbazar, you consent to our data practices.
17. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of Shopbazar means you accept all updated Terms.
18. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including:
Natural disasters
Strikes
Internet outages
Government restrictions
Courier disruptions
19. Warranty Disclaimer
Shopbazar provides products as-is without guarantees.
We do not warrant:
Exact color accuracy of prints
Zero-delivery delays
No interruptions on website
Accuracy of third-party services
